The Tiger-Vac CD-230V EX (CFB) PHARMA 1/2GD is a fully IECEx and ATEX 3rd party certified industrial vacuum cleaner designed for pharmaceutical production, API handling, tablet recovery and the safe collection of combustible and conductive dust in Zones 1, 2, 21 and 22. The unit is built entirely from AISI 304 stainless steel and is equipped with a Conductive Filter Bag (CFB) and an ULPA U15 final filter with an efficiency of 99.999% at 0.12 microns – one of the highest filtration grades available.

Technical construction
The CD-230V EX (CFB) PHARMA is built entirely in AISI 304 stainless steel with a vibration-free, vertical configuration ideal for process machines, cleanrooms and OEB-controlled environments. The Conductive Filter Bag (CFB) ensures safe recovery of conductive and combustible dusts, while the ULPA U15 filter provides extremely high retention of fine particles and pharmaceutical actives. The static dissipative poly liner and retainer clip offer clean, safe and contamination-free disposal.
