Automatic filter cleaning – ARP
The ARP version is equipped with Automatic Reverse Purge, where the main filter cartridge is cleaned automatically using compressed air. Filter cleaning is performed during operation, ensuring a more stable airflow even under variable or high dust loads.
Automatic filter cleaning reduces the need for operator intervention and makes the unit suitable for processes with continuous operation and fluctuating dust generation.
Filtration and operational safety
The dust collector is built with a two-stage filtration system:
- Primary filter: conductive aluminized spunbond filter cartridge with high filtration efficiency
- Secondary HEPA filter with a documented filtration efficiency of 99.99% at 0.3 µm
All HEPA systems are aerosol leak tested prior to delivery to verify filter and system integrity.
