Manual filter cleaning – MRP
The MRP version is equipped with Manual Reverse Purge, where the main filter cartridge is cleaned manually using compressed air. Filter cleaning is initiated by the operator as needed and is suitable for processes with variable dust loads where automatic cleaning is not required.
Manual filter cleaning provides a robust and straightforward solution with full operator control and reduced system complexity.
Filtration and operational safety
The dust collector is built with a two-stage filtration system:
- Primary filter: conductive aluminized spunbond cartridge with high filtration efficiency
- Secondary HEPA filter with a documented filtration efficiency of 99.99% at 0.3 µm
All HEPA systems are aerosol leak tested prior to delivery to verify filter and system integrity.
