The Tiger-Vac CD/EUR-36L EX DT (MFS) ULPA WITH SS CART is a fully ATEX- and IECEx-certified industrial vacuum system in AISI 304 stainless steel, designed for the safe recovery of combustible and conductive dusts in Gas Zones 1–2 and Dust Zones 21–22. Compared to the HEPA version, this model features a standard ULPA U15 final filter (99.9995% at 0.18 µm), making it compatible with cleanroom environments down to ISO Class 4 and particularly suitable for pharmaceutical, biotech and food processing applications.

Filtration system and technical design
The unit is equipped with a static dissipative PTFE-laminated star-shaped main filter with a total filter area of 8,584 cm², placed inside a removable filter chamber for easy access and service. The 212 m³/h airflow combined with a vacuum level of up to 2,540 mm H₂O provides efficient recovery of fine, hazardous and potentially explosive dust. The ULPA U15 final filter ensures extremely high retention of ultrafine particles, making the vacuum suitable for ISO Class 4 (former Class 10) cleanrooms.
The vacuum uses a Carriage with Suspended Motor Top (CSMT) design to reduce vibration and optimise airflow. The 36 L detachable stainless-steel recovery tank (DT) allows quick and dust-free disposal, and optional static dissipative poly liners are available for controlled waste handling.

The ULPA model uses a U15 filter as standard (99.9995%), enabling higher particle retention and suitability for ISO Class 4 cleanrooms and critical pharmaceutical processes.
Can this vacuum be used for conductive metal powders?
Yes. The system is ESD safe with resistivity below 10 ohms, and the construction is certified for Dust Group IIIC. Explosion-proof accessories are recommended.
Which filters are included?
