The Tiger-Vac CD/EUR-36L EX DT (MRP) ULPA WITH SS CART is a vertically designed ATEX- and IECEx-certified industrial vacuum cleaner constructed in AISI 304 stainless steel for the safe recovery of combustible and conductive dusts in Gas Zones 1–2 and Dust Zones 21–22. This model uses a ULPA U15 final filter as standard (99.9995% at 0.18 µm) combined with an efficient Manual Reverse Purge system, making it particularly suitable for pharmaceutical, food and other cleanroom-critical applications.

Filtration system and technical design

The CD/EUR-36L EX DT (MRP) ULPA WITH SS CART features a tall vertical motor tower and a separate filter section positioned above the detachable tank. The main filter is a static conductive reverse-purge cartridge in aluminized spun bond polyester, cleaned via the Manual Reverse Purge system: during operation, the operator can apply a controlled reverse air pulse through the cartridge, effectively removing dust from the filter media and maintaining stable airflow. The removable filter chamber ensures safe and easy inspection and servicing.

The ULPA U15 final filter provides extremely high particle retention down to 0.12–0.18 µm, making the model suitable for cleanroom-compatible operation down to ISO Class 4. The vertical stainless-steel cart design saves floor space and is easy to clean, while the static dissipative wheels improve safety in ATEX and ESD-controlled areas.

FAQ

When should the MRP version be chosen instead of MFS?
Manual Reverse Purge (MRP) is ideal for fine, dense or compact powders where mechanical shaking systems may struggle to release particles. MRP provides a controlled reverse-air pulse through the cartridge for superior cleaning under demanding dust loads.

Is the ULPA U15 filter included as standard?
Yes. This model always includes a ULPA U15 final filter. HEPA H14 can be added as an additional upstream stage if required by internal standards or procedures, but ULPA is the standard configuration.

Can the vacuum be used for conductive metal dust and pyrotechnic materials?
Yes, the system is ESD safe with less than 10 ohms resistivity and certified for Dust Group IIIC. Tiger-Vac recommends using static conductive or explosion-proof accessories (Ø38/Ø50 mm) for conductive or pyrotechnic dusts.

Is the model suitable for pharma and food applications?
