ATEX 2D industrial vacuum cleaner for Zone 21 and 22
The Tiger-Vac CD/EUR-50L EX DT (MFS) 2D is an ATEX-certified industrial vacuum system designed for the safe recovery of combustible and conductive dusts in Zone 21 and Zone 22. The unit is certified as II 1/2D, offering internal Zone 20 protection and external Zone 21/22 protection. Built from high-grade stainless steel (SS304), it includes a U15 ULPA final filter, Manual Filter Shaker (MFS), a True Cyclone Separator and a detachable 50 L recovery tank.

Certification and safety
According to the ATEX certificate (LCIE 03 ATEX 6295 X), this vacuum is certified for safe use in dust hazardous areas. Internal marking is Ex h IIIC T50°C Da and external marking is Ex h tb IIIC T135°C Db IP65. It is designed for the controlled recovery of combustible dusts, metal powders, conductive particles and process residues in regulated environments.

Construction and performance
The vertical EUR layout provides high performance in limited floor space. The CSMT (Carriage with Suspended Motor Top) keeps the motor above the filtration zone. The SD* main filter is housed in a removable filter chamber and cleaned using the MFS mechanism, which requires no compressed air. The detachable stainless-steel tank allows fast, controlled disposal.
