The Tiger-Vac CD/EUR-50L EX DT (MRP) 1/2D is a high-performance ATEX-certified industrial vacuum system designed for the safe recovery of combustible, conductive and metallic dusts. Classified as II 1/2D, it provides internal Zone 20 (1D) protection and external Zone 21 (2D) protection. The unit features an efficient MRP – Manual Reverse Purge cleaning system, a static dissipative filter cartridge and an included U15 ULPA final filter. With stainless-steel 304 construction and advanced filtration performance, it is suitable for pharmaceutical, cleanroom and food-grade environments.

Certification & safety
The ATEX certificate LCIE 03 ATEX 6295 X confirms compliance for use in Dust Zone 21. Internal classification is Ex h IIIC T50°C Da (Zone 20), and external classification is Ex h tb IIIC T135°C Db IP65 (Zone 21). Each ULPA filtration stage is individually aerosol leak-tested before shipment.

Construction & performance

The vacuum is static-dissipative (<10 Ω), but safe operation depends on the entire installation being correctly grounded and equipped with EX-rated accessories.
