Cleanroom-compatible liquid recovery vacuum with ULPA filtration

The Tiger-Vac CWR-ARU-15 (TC) POLY MRAC is a cleanroom-compatible wet vacuum designed for the safe recovery of acids, bases and other corrosive liquids in pharmaceutical, biotech and semiconductor environments. It is certified for ISO Class 4 cleanrooms and equipped with a ULPA U15 filter tested to EN 1822 and IEST-RP-CC001 – achieving 99.999% efficiency at 0.12 µm. Every unit is aerosol leak-tested before delivery.

• ULPA U15 filter – 99.999% at 0.12 µm, 99.9995% at 0.18 µm (EN 1822).
• Cleanroom-compatible to ISO Class 4 / Class 10 (former scale).
• EMI/RFI shielded motor housing – prevents electromagnetic interference.
• Tank and components in acid-resistant polyethylene, nylon and PVC.
• Single-phase 240 V / 50 Hz – 2-stage by-pass motor (1 050 W, 75 dB(A)).
• Liquid filter included as standard.
• Optional activated carbon cartridges for vapor adsorption:
• AC – organic solvents / VOCs
• ACID / KINA 3® – acid vapors (HF, HCl etc.)
• AMMO – ammonia
• FORM – formaldehyde

Construction and performance

The vacuum is made entirely from chemical-resistant, non-conductive materials. The Tilt Cart design ensures ergonomic emptying, while the 38 mm camlock inlet guarantees efficient fluid transfer without restriction. Ideal for acid recovery in GMP zones and ISO-classified rooms.

Filtration and vapor control

Delivered with ULPA U15 + liquid filter as standard. Optional carbon filters capture corrosive or toxic vapors (AC, ACID/KINA 3®, AMMO, FORM, MER, UNI). Combined filtration ensures maximum protection for operators and the environment.
