The Tiger-Vac EXP1-10/15 (4W) RE HEPA series is a third-party ATEX certified industrial vacuum cleaner (Notify Body 0081) engineered for the safe recovery of combustible dusts, conductive metal powders and non-flammable liquids in Zone 1 and Zone 21 classified atmospheres. The series includes two models – EXP1-10 with a 22.7 L tank and EXP1-15 with a 38 L tank – both constructed from static dissipative stainless steel (SS304) and supplied with a complete SD tool kit and integrated H14 HEPA filtration as standard.

Technical construction
The system uses an explosion proof TEFC motor (230 V, single-phase) providing stable performance, low noise and an airflow of 224 m³/h. The RE series is built from electropolished AISI 304 stainless steel, with ESD-safe wheels and optional float and liquid filter for wet recovery. Integrated H14 HEPA filtration is included as standard, supported by SD main filter, SD pre-filter and SD liquid filter.

With combined wet and dry capability, these models are suitable for spill control, handling non-flammable process liquids and general hazardous-area cleaning.
