The Tiger-Vac EXP1-10 (25L) DT RE HEPA MFS (SS-FOD CART) is a third-party ATEX certified industrial vacuum designed for the safe recovery of combustible and conductive dusts in pharmaceutical and cleanroom environments. The unit is fully compatible with ISO Class 4 cleanrooms and equipped with H14 HEPA filtration, a conductive star-shaped primary filter, a conductive poly-liner recovery bag and a stainless steel SS304 construction. This model is Dry Recovery Only and includes a detachable recovery tank (DT), a Manual Filter Shaker (MFS) system and a complete static dissipative tool kit, making it ideal for GMP areas where particle control, cleanliness and ESD protection are critical.

Technical construction
The system is built around an explosion proof single-phase TEFC motor (230 V) delivering 224 m³/h airflow. The primary filtration stage uses a conductive SD star-shaped filter with PTFE coating for high efficiency, supported by an H14 HEPA exhaust filter. The detachable 25 L tank enables safe material disposal within GMP processes. The entire unit is constructed from SS304 stainless steel and mounted on an SS-FOD cleanroom cart with ESD-safe wheels.
