The Tiger-Vac EXP1-10 (4W) BASE MODEL is a third-party ATEX certified (Notify Body 0081) industrial vacuum cleaner designed for the safe recovery of combustible and conductive dusts in Zone 1 and Zone 21 classified atmospheres. The unit is constructed from static dissipative stainless steel (SS304) and supplied with SD filters. Its larger 22.7 L tank and robust design make it suitable for pharmaceutical environments, chemical processing, cleanrooms and applications involving fine or electrically conductive dusts.

Technical construction
The unit is equipped with an explosion proof 230 V single-phase TEFC motor offering stable performance and low noise (78–85 dB(A)). The 22.7 L static dissipative tank provides increased capacity for dry materials, and the vacuum can be upgraded for liquid recovery with an optional kit. HEPA H14 and ULPA filters can be added for sensitive environments requiring high-level particle control. All SD accessories fulfil ESD requirements for proper grounding.
