The Tiger-Vac EXP1-35L (DT) RE HEPA (MRP) is a third-party ATEX-certified industrial vacuum cleaner designed for the safe recovery of combustible and conductive dusts in both gas and dust classified zones (2GD). The unit is engineered for highly regulated environments such as pharmaceutical production, biotechnology, chemical industry and cleanrooms, where documented safety, filtration performance and ESD control are essential. All product-contact surfaces are manufactured from AISI 304 stainless steel and the entire system is ESD safe with components tested to less than 10 ohms.

Technical design
The system uses an explosion-proof motor housing (Ex d) with a sealed stainless-steel filtration chamber. The primary filter is a conductive aluminized spun-bond polyester cartridge cleaned manually using the Reverse Purge (MRP) system. The final filter stage is a H14 HEPA filter (99.995% at 0.3 microns) tested according to IEST-RP-CC001 and EN 1822. All included tools are static dissipative and suitable for the safe handling of combustible and conductive dust.
