The Tiger-Vac EXP1-40L (4W) RE HEPA (FR-P) is a third-party ATEX certified industrial vacuum cleaner designed for the safe recovery of combustible dusts, conductive metal powders, lead contaminants and unspent gunpowder. The series is available in two versions: a Dry Recovery model and a Wet & Dry Recovery (W&D) model. It is built for shooting ranges, firearms manufacturers, ammunition depots, pyrotechnic facilities, metal powder applications and general Zone 1/21 cleaning. Constructed from SS304 stainless steel, the system is fully ESD safe and supplied with H14 HEPA filtration and a conductive poly-liner collection bag.

Technical construction
The EXP1-40L RE uses an explosion proof 230 V single-phase TEFC motor delivering a constant airflow of 224 m³/h. The cylindrical 38 L AISI 304 tank provides high capacity for intensive use in shooting ranges and industrial environments. The Dry model uses an SD main filter and SD pre-filter, while the W&D model adds an SD liquid filter and float system. Both versions are ESD safe with a total system resistivity under 10 ohms.

Technical note
The EXP1-40L (4W) RE HEPA (FR-P) is Tiger-Vac’s most widely used ATEX solution for shooting ranges and weapons manufacturing. The integrated H14 HEPA filter reduces operator exposure to lead and gunpowder residues, while the conductive poly-liner ensures safe containment and disposal of hazardous waste. The vacuum is always supplied with a complete SD tool kit, which is mandatory when handling conductive or pyrotechnic materials. Accessories are static dissipative, but as always not ATEX tested.
