Are hose and coupling ordered together?
Yes - the moulded version is always ordered with hose length and any other end configuration specified. Send us your specification: hose type, hose length, coupling configuration on each end, and we factory-assemble. This is particularly valuable in custom-length installations where process validation must approve the full hose system as a unit.
Can a moulded unit be disassembled?
No - a moulded unit is permanent. If the coupling must be disassembled for cleaning, choose CONNECT 241 FOOD instead or a clamp-based solution like CLAMP 216 + 240 FOOD. The moulded version is only recommended for installations where permanent joint is desired - typically pharma process loops or brewery tank pipe connections.
