Documentation
Complete technical documentation for our industrial hoses — from chemical resistance and ATEX compliance to installation and material data. Manufacturer documentation issued by NORRES BAGGERMAN, distributed and advised by Particulair.
Why the documentation matters
An industrial hose rarely sits in isolation. It is part of a process — often in an environment where failure is not an option, and where any replacement must be documentable. ATEX zones, food production, chemical plants and the pharmaceutical industry all impose requirements on which hose may sit where, and on whether the material can withstand the medium running through it.
This is the documentation you find here. It is test reports, certificates and declarations of conformity from NORRES BAGGERMAN itself — the formal basis you need when an auditor, a safety coordinator or a QA officer asks. With Particulair you get more than the PDF files: we read them with you, translate them into your specific application, and help you choose the hose that both meets the documentation requirement and works in the process where it sits.
The manufacturer — NORRES BAGGERMAN
The hoses in FlexCore are produced by NORRES BAGGERMAN in Gelsenkirchen, Germany — one of the world's leading manufacturers of industrial hose systems with more than 135 years of experience, ISO 9001:2015-certified by TÜV Rheinland, and with testing capacity covering everything from chemical resistance to ATEX zone classification. Particulair is the distributor for NORRES BAGGERMAN in Scandinavia and provides the local advisory, custom configuration and installation support that makes the manufacturer's documentation usable in practice.
Find the documentation you need
The documentation is organised into six areas. Click through to the relevant page, or download a specific PDF directly at the bottom of this page.
Chemical resistance
Detailed resistance tables for over 1,400 media against 16 hose materials. Find out whether a PUR, PVC, PTFE, rubber or silicone hose can handle your specific chemical at the actual operating temperature.
Read moreATEX & TRGS zones
Test report for the electrostatic properties of spiral hoses for use in hazardous areas, in accordance with ATEX 2014/34/EU and TRGS 727. Complete list of which NORRES BAGGERMAN hoses are approved for which zones.
Read moreREACH & RoHS compliance
Manufacturer declarations from NORRES BAGGERMAN regarding SVHC substances (REACH article 33) and compliance with the RoHS 3 directive (2015/863/EU). Includes a complete product list.
Read moreISO 9001 quality management
TÜV Rheinland-certified quality management system in accordance with ISO 9001:2015. Covers development, production and sales of industrial hoses and flexible hose system solutions.
Read moreInstallation and assembly
Three guides: general hose installation per DIN 20066, assembly of cable protection hoses, and assembly of technical hoses including grounding against electrostatic charging.
Read moreTechnical data and materials
Material properties, thread standards (M, PG, NPT, G, UNEF) and IP classification per EN 60529. The technical reference handbook for material selection and dimensioning.

Need help choosing the right hose?
The documentation answers »can this hose handle this?« — but not necessarily »which hose is the right one?«. The match between your specific process — the chemical, the temperature, an ATEX zone if applicable, the run lengths, the wear exposure — and a particular hose is what we do every day.
If you have a specification that doesn't quite fit a standard hose, or a compliance file that's missing a final line, then get in touch. We read the documentation alongside your requirements and come back with a concrete proposal — hose, dimension, cut-to-length, any couplings and the documentation. That is the local advisory Particulair provides on top of the manufacturer's data sheets.
Frequently asked questions
Who issues the documentation?
All documents on this page are manufacturer documentation issued by NORRES BAGGERMAN in Gelsenkirchen, Germany. Particulair is the distributor in Scandinavia and provides the local advisory along with the documents.
How often is the documentation updated?
The REACH declaration is updated whenever the European SVHC candidate list is updated (typically twice a year). The RoHS declaration is updated when the directive changes. The ISO 9001 certificate is renewed every three years following a recertification audit. Technical data sheets are updated whenever NORRES BAGGERMAN modifies a formulation or process.
Can I get a compliance declaration addressed to my company?
Yes. NORRES BAGGERMAN can issue REACH and RoHS declarations with your company address and contact reference inside the document. Get in touch with your order details.
Where do I find material properties for a specific hose?
Material properties for the 11 main materials (PUR, PVC, PTFE, EPDM, silicone etc.) are on the Technical data and materials page. For a specific hose type, refer to its factsheet or contact us for a concrete material match.
What if my chemical isn't in the resistance table?
The resistance table covers over 1,400 media, but not all mixtures and specialty products. Contact us with the product name, concentration, operating temperature and contact time — we find a match either in NORRES BAGGERMAN's application database or through a laboratory test.
Do I need ATEX or TRGS documentation?
If your process is in an explosive atmosphere within the EU, ATEX 2014/34/EU applies. TRGS 727 is the German technical rule that specifies resistance limits for hoses. NORRES BAGGERMAN's test report covers both — in practice it's the same documentation.
Are all NORRES BAGGERMAN hoses REACH-compliant?
Yes, all NORRES BAGGERMAN hoses comply with the REACH regulation. Specific products — primarily brass couplings and stainless steel hose clamps — contain over 0.1 % of declared SVHC substances (lead, nickel, triphenylphenol). This is detailed in the REACH declaration.
