The challenge
Beams, air ducts, pipe installations and high-bay racking are difficult to clean without expensive lifts or scaffolding. In explosion-sensitive environments, dust accumulation is not just a maintenance issue — it is a safety risk. CleanUp gives you reach and control, safely from floor level.
The system
The CleanUp Kit contains everything you need for professional high-reach cleaning. Four carbon fibre tubes connect to deliver reach that normally demands a lift.
Included in kit
Robust nylon carry bag for storing and transporting the complete system. Keeps tubes and accessories organised and ready for use.
M045031000010
4 pcs included
4 carbon fibre tubes with glossy twill weave, Ø38 mm. Joined with button lock. The first tube features a soft grip handle for comfortable operation. MAX 12 m assembled.

System in action
Four 1.5 m tubes connect to reach warehouse ceilings, air ducts, installed pipework and structural beams that are otherwise inaccessible from floor level.
Accessories included in kit
Each nozzle is engineered for a specific cleaning task. Switch quickly with button lock — no tools required.
Designed for dust removal from ducts and pipes from 50 mm up to over 800 mm in diameter. The brush head adapts to pipe diameter. Ø38 mm with button lock.
For cleaning tight crevices, corners and hard-to-access gaps. Narrow geometry provides access where other nozzles cannot reach. Ø38 mm with button lock.
For cleaning structural members, columns, water pipes and cylindrical surfaces. The brush ring provides consistent contact on perpendicular approach. Ø38 mm with button lock.
For cleaning flat surfaces, walls and ceilings. Wide contact area with bristles ensures effective dust pickup across large areas in a single pass. Ø38 mm with button lock.
The brush head conforms to the surface, ensuring effective contact even on irregular pipe installations and hard-to-reach metal surfaces at height.
Walls, ceilings and corners reached precisely from floor level. The system eliminates the need for a lift when cleaning wall-ceiling junctions.
Engineered for industry. Built to last. Ready for where no one else can reach.
Four 1.5 m tubes connect into a rigid telescopic pole, reaching up to 12 m from floor level — without a lift or scaffolding.
Glossy twill carbon fibre is both stiffer and lighter than aluminium — manageable even at full extension.
The button-lock system allows rapid nozzle changes and tube additions without any tools.
Pipe brush, crevice tool, round brush and flat surface nozzle cover all typical high-level cleaning scenarios.
Everything supplied in a single carry bag. No accessories need to be ordered separately to get started.
Produced by New Ermes Europe since 2026. Designed specifically for industrial environments requiring high cleaning effectiveness and robust equipment.

Questions & answers
What is the maximum reach with the CleanUp kit?
The included kit contains four 1.5 m carbon fibre tubes, providing a combined reach of up to 6 m with the base kit. With the addition of extra tubes, the system reaches up to 12 metres — a height that normally requires a lift or scaffolding.
Can CleanUp be used in ATEX-classified areas?
CleanUp is designed for use in demanding industrial environments, including areas at heights that normally require a lift. Carbon fibre is electrically conductive, and the WARNING label on the tubes specifically warns against use near live electrical conductors. It is the user's responsibility to verify suitability for specific ATEX-classified areas and to ensure correct equipotential bonding. Contact us for guidance.
What surfaces and installations is CleanUp suited for?
The system is well suited for dust removal from air ducts and ventilation pipes (pipe brush), structural beams and construction profiles (round brush), walls and ceilings (flat surface nozzle) and hard-to-reach crevices and corners (crevice tool). The system is particularly valuable in high-bay warehouses, production halls and industrial buildings with installations above 3 metres.
Are the tubes rigid enough when connected at full length?
Carbon fibre has a far higher stiffness-to-weight ratio than aluminium or steel. This makes it possible to work with the pole at full extension without it bending uncontrollably. The stiffness is especially critical for maintaining control and cleaning effectiveness near ceilings and beams.
What is the difference between the four included nozzles?
The pipe brush (F021422600010) is specifically designed for ducts from 50 mm up to over 800 mm in diameter. The crevice tool (F022402610010) accesses narrow gaps and tight spaces. The round brush (F021102610010) is ideal for round structures and pipe runs. The flat surface nozzle (F014772610010) is for broad, flat surfaces such as walls and ceilings. All attach with button lock on the 135° bend.
Can individual components be ordered separately?
Yes. Bends (45°, 90°, 135°) and individual tubes (0.8 m and 1.5 m) can all be ordered separately as supplements to the base kit. Contact Particulair for a configuration tailored to your specific installation requirements.
