CURIOSITY is a round brush in antistatic oil-proof NBR compound for scrubbing and vacuuming on machinery, production equipment and laboratory surfaces in ATEX-classified zones. The detachable bristle disk is available in two diameters and four bristle types, letting you choose the combination that matches the material and desired scrubbing or suction effect.

The brush is manufactured with antistatic materials (NBR body + PXBR/NATBR bristles with brass strands) providing electrical conduction and preventing static charge build-up. It is the installer's and user's responsibility to verify suitability for the specific ATEX-classified environment and zone.
Frequently asked questions
PX (polyester) fibres are the most durable and suited for harder materials. NAT (natural hair) is softer and does not damage delicate surfaces. PXBR and NATBR are the corresponding variants with brass strands, adding antistatic conductivity for use in ATEX-classified zones.
The Ø100 mm disk covers a larger area and fits handle diameters Ø38–50 mm and Ø44 mm. The Ø75 mm disk is more compact and suited for more precise cleaning. Choose based on the area to be covered and the available space on the machine.
No, the brush is not ATEX-certified as a product. It is manufactured with antistatic materials (NBR body + PXBR/NATBR bristles with brass) suitable as accessories for ATEX-certified systems. It is always the user's and installer's responsibility to verify suitability.
Yes, the bristle disk is detachable and replaceable. Replacement antistatic disks for CURIOSITY are available separately in both Ø75 mm (DIS82PO) and Ø100 mm (DIS100PO). Contact us to order.
