MATRIX is an oval brush in antistatic oil-proof NBR compound for scrubbing and vacuuming on machinery, production equipment and laboratory surfaces in ATEX-classified zones. The elongated oval disk of 220×25 mm is particularly suited for cleaning narrow gaps, grooved surfaces and profiled machine parts that neither round, triangular nor square brushes can reach. Brass-strand bristles (PXBR/NATBR) provide electrical conduction and prevent static charge build-up.

Application areas

MATRIX ATEX is particularly suited for cleaning narrow gaps, tubular equipment, profiled machine parts and other elongated surfaces in ATEX-classified zones. The oval shape reaches where round, triangular and square brushes cannot.

The brush is manufactured with antistatic materials (NBR body + PXBR/NATBR bristles with brass strands) providing electrical conduction and preventing static charge build-up. It is the installer's and user's responsibility to verify suitability for the specific ATEX-classified environment and zone.

Frequently asked questions

MATRIX has an elongated oval disk of 220×25 mm, designed for narrow gaps, profiled machine parts and tubular surfaces. GRAVITY (triangular) is best for corners, JUPITER (rectangular) is best for wide flat surfaces. MATRIX is the solution when neither of the other shapes fits.
PXBR is polyester fibres with brass strands — the most durable, suited for harder materials. NATBR is natural hair with brass — softer and does not damage sensitive surfaces. Both types have brass strands providing antistatic conductivity in ATEX zones.
