ICEBERG is a robust floor nozzle designed for continuous vacuuming of floor surfaces in production environments with high hygiene requirements. The body is manufactured in stainless steel, while the silicone lip — the material in direct contact with the floor surface — complies with FDA 21 CFR 177.2600 (Wacker R 4001 80) and BfR Recommendation XV. Adjustable wheels ensure correct and even working height. The swivel connector version provides 360° rotation freedom and connects directly to double-bend floor wands without coupling (PWF series in stainless steel).

Material compliance: The silicone lip is manufactured in Wacker R 4001 80, which complies with FDA 21 CFR 177.2600 and BfR Recommendation XV. The stainless steel structural part is material-compatible with food and pharmaceutical environments. It is the user’s responsibility to verify suitability for the specific environment and the materials the product comes into contact with.

Connection: Swivel connector

The ICEBERG swivel connector version has a rotating coupling that allows 360° free rotation between the floor wand and the nozzle. The wand is pressed directly into the swivel joint without loose parts. This provides significantly better ergonomics when working over large areas with long hose runs and frequent directional changes. Requires double-bend floor wands without coupling (PWF series in stainless steel).

Silicone lip (N) – standard

ICEBERG is supplied as standard with silicone lip (N) in Wacker R 4001 80. The lip seals against the floor surface and enables effective collection of dust, powder and residues. The silicone is transparent, odourless and withstands steam cleaning and chemical cleaning agents up to +200°C.

The body is manufactured in stainless steel with an integrated swivel joint. Adjustable wheels ensure correct working height. Chemically resistant to cleaning agents and humid environments. Temperature range for the structural part: −20°C to +120°C.
