NORFLEX® PVC 400 SPECIAL WALL
Highly flexible PVC hose with increased wall thickness ("special wall") for better pressure and crush resistance. Chemical-resistant and crush-resistant. Designed for compressed air supply, coolant transport and as connection hose in machinery and equipment. The extra wall thickness significantly extends the hose's lifetime under continuous pressure.

Why this hose?
NORFLEX® PVC 400 SPECIAL WALL is a variant with increased wall thickness for better pressure and crush resistance than standard NORFLEX PVC 400. The extra wall means the hose tolerates higher pressure without deforming, and the hose can be compressed externally without collapsing.
In practical use this means longer lifetime on compressed air applications and better handling on machinery installations where the hose can be compressed or loaded externally.
Where it is used
In the workshop it sits as connection hose to compressed air tools.
In machinery it's used as coolant transport between process stations.
In everyday talk we call it a "PVC 400 special" — the crush-resistant variant.
