CARBOCORD®/EN
Pressure hose (discharge only) for fuel transport, weather-resistant and highly flexible. NBR inner tube tolerates up to 50% aromatic content. Antistatic construction (Ω/T). Designed for fuel distribution on vehicles and industrial applications. Differs from the CARBOFLEX range by being discharge only (not suction-discharge).

Why this hose?
CARBOCORD®/EN is a discharge-only pressure hose — it can push fuel out but not suck in. This makes it ideal for distribution applications where the medium is already pressurised from a pump.
Compared to CARBOCORD/10, the EN variant is optimised with weather resistance for outdoor use and marine environments.
Where it is used
On vehicles and marine installations it's used for fuel distribution between tank and pump.
In petrochemical industry it sits on internal distribution loops between process tanks.
In everyday talk we call it a "CARBOCORD EN" — the weather-resistant discharge-only variant.

Fields without a value (—) are not specified in the manufacturer's factsheet. Overpressure and underpressure values are recommended operating limits; the product can be subjected to higher loads on request. Bend radius is measured along the inside of the hose bend.
Standards and compliance

Industries that use it
CARBOCORD®/EN is used for fuel distribution in transport and marine:
In transport it sits on vehicles and pumping stations.
In marine it's used for fuel distribution onboard.
Custom lengths and assemblies
The hose is delivered on rolls and cut to length with couplings as a finished assembly.
For serial deliveries we can establish consistent assembly.

Frequently asked questions
What's the difference between CARBOCORD/EN and CARBOCORD/10?
EN is weather-resistant, optimised for outdoor/marine. /10 is the standard variant for indoor use. Both are discharge only.
What's the difference between CARBOCORD and CARBOFLEX?
CARBOCORD is discharge only (can only push). CARBOFLEX is suction-discharge (can both suck and push). Choose CARBOCORD for distribution; choose CARBOFLEX for bunkering.
Does it tolerate unleaded petrol?
Yes. NBR up to 50% aromatic content.
Does the hose need to be grounded?
Yes. Fuel flow builds static quickly.
Is it ATEX-approved?
It's antistatic-marked but not formally ATEX-marked. For ATEX choose CARBOFLEX/EN.
Can I get it with Camlock?
Yes, it's the standard coupling in marine and transport.
