SIMPLICITY COLOUR – colour-coded floor nozzles
Used together with
SIMPLICITY COLOUR is a colour-coding series of the SIMPLICITY floor nozzle, allowing differentiation of cleaning equipment by hygiene zone. The body is manufactured in stainless steel and rubber with coloured neck and housing in blue, red, yellow, green or white. For Food/Pharma use, the (F) version with FDA silicone lip is recommended, which complies with FDA 21 CFR 177.2600. Without the silicone lip, the nozzle is not FDA-compliant.

Polypropylene bristlesThe bristle variant is equipped with polypropylene bristles for collecting dry dust and particles. The product code varies by colour: (B)=blue, (R)=red, (X) with colour letter for others.

Squeegee with FDA silicone lip – (F) version
FDA 21 CFR 177.2600 on requestThe (F) version has a silicone lip (FDA 21 CFR 177.2600) instead of the standard grey rubber lip. This is the recommended version for Food/Pharma use, ensuring that the contact material meets FDA requirements. Neck and housing are in coloured rubber — the silicone lip is the material in direct contact with the floor surface.

Materials and construction
The base plate is in stainless steel. Chemically resistant. Temperature range: −20°C to +120°C.
Neck and housing are in coloured rubber (steel and rubber). For Food/Pharma, order the (F) version with FDA silicone lip, which is the contact material with the floor surface. The silicone lip (F) complies with FDA 21 CFR 177.2600 on request.
