SIMPLICITY – Food/Pharma floor nozzle

SIMPLICITY Food/Pharma is a lightweight floor nozzle for continuous floor vacuuming in production environments with high hygiene requirements. The body is manufactured in stainless steel, while the silicone contact parts — bristles or squeegee lip — comply with FDA 21 CFR 177.2600 (Wacker R 4001 80) and BfR Recommendation XV. The broad flat design at 300 or 400 mm covers large areas efficiently and is suited for lighter cleaning tasks on hard floor surfaces in GMP-regulated facilities.

Connection: Quick-fit steel connector
SIMPLICITY Food/Pharma is equipped with a quick-fit steel connector — a fixed coupling that clicks directly into double-bend floor wands with integrated coupling. For use in the food industry, stainless steel AISI 304 floor wands are recommended to ensure full material compatibility in GMP-regulated environments.
The fixed coupling is mounted directly on the nozzle body. The wand is pressed in and locked with a single click — no loose parts that could be lost or contaminate the product. Compatible with chrome and stainless steel AISI 304 floor wands with quick-fit coupling.
For existing systems with Ø38 mm pipes, the wand adapter CCR38S can be used. This allows SIMPLICITY Food/Pharma to be integrated into pipe systems that do not use standard Ø40–Ø50 mm dimensions.

FDA 21 CFR 177.2600 · BfR XVWhite line is the Food/Pharma version manufactured with neck and body in transparent silicone (Wacker R 4001 80) mounted on a stainless steel plate. The silicone is the material in contact with the floor surface and complies with FDA 21 CFR 177.2600 and BfR Recommendation XV. The silicone withstands up to +200°C, is odourless and resistant to most chemical cleaning agents and steam. Transparent colour as standard — other colours on request.

Bristles and squeegee lip are ordered under the same product code — specify at order whether it is bristle strip or squeegee (silicone lip). Ø38: use adapter CCR38S.

Materials and construction
The body is manufactured in stainless steel, which is chemically resistant to cleaning agents and humid environments. Stainless steel provides high mechanical strength and is easy to clean. Temperature range for the structural part: −20°C to +120°C.
The silicone contact parts are manufactured in Wacker R 4001 80, which complies with FDA 21 CFR 177.2600 and BfR Recommendation XV. The silicone is transparent, odourless and resistant to high temperatures (up to +200°C), steam and chemical cleaning agents. No colour pigments in the standard version.
