Accessibility statement
Scope
This statement applies to the Life Science Hub microsite at https://particulair.eu/life-science/ and its English version at https://particulair.eu/life-science/en/. Particulair (Danish company registration CVR 34129894) operates the microsite.
Conformance status
The site is fully conformant with WCAG 2.2 Level AA. Particulair also follows selected AAA criteria as a baseline -- in particular Focus Appearance (2.4.13) and Animation from Interactions (2.3.3).
We perform automated audits and manual reviews at each release and annually. If we identify any deviations, this statement will be updated.
Measure and legal basis
We measure against WCAG 2.2, Level AA -- the international standard for digital accessibility published by W3C in 2023 (ISO/IEC 40500:2025).
The European Accessibility Act (EAA, Directive 2019/882) came into force on 28 June 2025 and sets requirements for a wide range of digital services. Particulair is formally exempt as a microenterprise (under the Danish Tilgængelighedslov, section 12(2)), but we follow the EAA's requirements on all our microsites as an expression of responsibility -- not because we are required to.
Method of preparation
The statement is based on:
- Self-evaluation using automated audit tools (our internal audit pipeline plus Lighthouse), conducted on 16 May 2026.
- Manual review of contrast, focus handling, keyboard navigation, semantic structure and form accessibility performed by the Particulair team.
An annual manual WCAG audit is part of the microsite's maintenance cadence.
Feedback and contact
If you experience problems accessing content on the Life Science Hub, or if you have suggestions for improvement, we would like to hear from you at:
tilgængelighed@particulair.com
We respond within 14 days.
You are also welcome to call our main number if that is easier.
Escalation
If you do not receive a satisfactory response from us, you may file a complaint with the competent Danish supervisory authority. In practice, the Sikkerhedsstyrelsen (the Danish Safety Technology Authority) under the Ministry of Industry, Business and Financial Affairs is the primary authority for the Tilgængelighedslov (Act no. 801 of 7 June 2022) for products and services; sector-specific complaints may fall under other authorities (the Danish Financial Supervisory Authority, the Danish Transport Authority, and others). The relevant entry point is found via Sikkerhedsstyrelsens guidance.
