Questions and answers

ATEX II 1/2 GD means the product is certified for use in explosive atmospheres. II indicates equipment for non-mining areas, 1/2 means Zone 1 and Zone 2 gas categories, while GD means dust category. This is a high safety standard.

MRP (Manual Reverse Pulse) uses a manual valve for filter cleaning, while ARP (Automatic Reverse Pulse) uses a built-in 10L air tank for automatic cleaning. ARP is more efficient for continuous operation and reduces maintenance needs.

Yes, the CD-1200 EX is certified for both gas exposure (Zone 1, Zone 2) and dust exposure (Zone 21, Zone 22). This makes it a universal solution for many industrial applications.

The dual inlet (2 × Ø150 mm or 1 × Ø200 mm) provides flexibility to connect two collection arms simultaneously or one larger main collection arm. This improves gas collection performance in complex operations.

Yes, an optional HEPA H14 module is available, which provides additional filtration for pharmaceutical and chemical production. This afterfilter ensures greater control over air quality.

The CD-1200 EX can be operated at temperatures from -5°C to +37°C. It is important to adhere to these limits to maintain ATEX certification and ensure optimal performance.

TEFC (Totally Enclosed Fan Cooled) means the motor is completely enclosed and has its own cooling fan. This design prevents dust ingress and ensures maximum safety in ATEX environments.
