The Delfin DBFV 20/30 Z22 is a stationary dust collector engineered for permanent installation in ATEX Zone 22 areas. The machine is third-party certified under EN 17348:2022 and EU Directive 2014/34/EU. The integrated vortex pre-separator separates heavy dust via centrifugal force before the air stream reaches the H14 filter — this dramatically reduces filter loading and delivers very long filter service intervals.

AISI304 stainless steel as standard ensures maximum corrosion resistance in hazardous environments. The side channel blower is maintenance-free without carbon brushes or wearing parts, making it ideal for 24/7 operation without downtime. Included pressure relief valve protects the system against overload conditions.

DBFV 20 delivers 270 m³/h and 3,000 mmH₂O maximum vacuum; DBFV 30 delivers 318 m³/h and 2,600 mmH₂O. Choose DBFV 20 for higher vacuum applications and DBFV 30 for maximum airflow capacity. Both models weigh 45–60 kg and share the same steel construction.
