The Delfin MTL201 1/2D ATEX is a compact mobile vacuum designed for ATEX Zone 21 and Zone 20 dust areas. This size is ideal for smaller facilities, mobile work sites, and applications where space and flexibility are important. The machine is third-party certified per EN 17348:2022 and EU Directive 2014/34/EU as category 1/2D, which means it is approved exclusively for dust zones, not gas areas or mixed atmospheres.

The tangential inlet with integrated cyclone creates natural dust separation at the inlet point. Heavy dust is immediately separated and drops to the bottom of the collection container, while only clean air passes through the H14 HEPA filter. This significantly reduces filter loading, extends filter service life, and reduces noise level to 74 dB(A).

The Dustop system is an integrated automatic filter cleaning system that continuously pulses compressed air through the filter. This improves filter performance, reduces maintenance requirements, and enables longer operating periods between filter replacements. The H14 HEPA filter guarantees 99.995% particle retention at MPPS even at very high dust concentrations. Stainless steel AISI304 as standard ensures maximum corrosion resistance in aggressive industrial environments. The ESD accessory kit is included for safe handling of electrostatic-sensitive dust.
