What is the Delfin AS 10/20/30?

The Delfin AS 10/20/30 is a series of mobile collection units designed for direct collection of production waste, textile scraps and packaging material from production lines. With 4 wheels and a manual pull handle, the units can easily be moved between work areas, making them ideal for factories with multiple production locations. The large 130 L collection tank reduces emptying frequency and makes operation more efficient.

The series comes in three sizes — AS 10 (0.85 kW, 150 m³/h), AS 20 (2.2 kW, 270 m³/h) and AS 30 (2.2 kW, 318 m³/h) — covering everything from light waste collection to full capacity requirements. All models use maintenance-free motors designed for continuous 24/7 operation without service stops. Construction is complete painted steel with IP65 rating for protection against dust and water spray.

One tank — three motor options: AS 10, AS 20 and AS 30 share the same horizontal design and 130 L tank capacity, but differ in motor performance. Choose AS 10 for lighter tasks, AS 20 for moderate production lines and AS 30 when you need maximum air flow and lift.

What filter type is used in the AS series?

The standard filter is a nylon bag with significant filter surface area. Nylon handles both coarse waste and fine dust without clogging or plugging completely. Filter surface can be upgraded from 500-660 mm to larger dimensions as an option for higher capacity.

What options are available for AS 10/20/30?

Options include: antistatic class M polyester filter, stainless steel AISI 304 tank and cover, earth grounding (ESD), sieve basket and various 90-degree connections (40-80 mm). Sets of nylon bags (5 pc) can be ordered as consumables.
