What is the Tiger-Vac ASL-10 HEPA MR?
The ASL-10 HEPA MR is a professional wet & dry vacuum from Tiger-Vac, designed for daily GMP cleaning in pharmaceutical production, laboratories and other life science environments. MR stands for Multi-Recovery — the vacuum handles both dry dust and liquids without changing machines. Mounted on 4 wheels and weighing 11.3 kg, it is straightforward to move around production floors and laboratories.
The filtration system has four stages. For dry recovery, air passes through a synthetic microfilter bag, then a cloth filter (part no. 212515), and finally the HEPA H14 exhaust filter. For wet recovery, a dedicated liquid filter assembly (part no. 212519) is fitted instead — specifically designed to handle liquid without damaging the HEPA filter. Liquid collects directly in the tank while the filtered exhaust air still passes through HEPA H14 before returning to the room.
The HEPA H14 filter achieves 99.995 % efficiency at 0.3 µm (MPPS), tested to IEST-RP-CC001 and classified by the MPPS method in accordance with EN 1822. Each vacuum is aerosol tested before leaving the factory, verifying both filter performance and the integrity of all gaskets and joints. The 2-stage bypass motor cools itself via a separate airstream, so motor heat does not affect the HEPA filter.

Two filter systems — one machine
What sets the ASL-10 HEPA MR apart from the dry-only AS-10 HEPA is the integrated liquid filter assembly (part no. 212519). For wet recovery, this filter replaces the dry filter configuration and liquid collects directly in the tank. The HEPA H14 filter remains in place in both configurations, ensuring all exhaust air is filtered. Polyethylene liners (part no. 212371M, 61 × 61 cm) are available as an alternative collection system in the tank for dry recovery.
