What is Tiger-Vac CD-1500 CR (PFB) WHITE LINE?

Tiger-Vac CD-1500 CR (PFB) WHITE LINE is a cleanroom-compatible vacuum designed for pharmaceutical, medical, and food industries. With a TEFC motor (Fully Enclosed Fan Cooled), it runs uninterrupted 24/7 without maintenance or brush wear. The Pre-Filter Bag (PFB) system uses disposable filter bags of 15 L, making maintenance simple: discard and replace without calibration.

The machine meets ISO Class 4 requirements and can be equipped with HEPA H14 filter (99.995% at 0.3 micron) or ULPA U15 filter (99.999% at 0.12 micron) for even cleaner exhaust. It is supplied in white powder coat construction and can be upgraded to full stainless steel (AISI 304) or mixed white/stainless for chemical-resistant environments. The Carriage Base trolley with 4 wheels makes it easy to move between work areas or production lines.

High-purity recovery for pharmaceutical industry: Tiger-Vac CD-1500 CR is ideal for tablet recovery from production lines or tablet presses. It protects valuable products while ensuring efficient collection in an open environment.

Questions and answers

PFB stands for Pre-Filter Bag - a disposable filter system that simplifies maintenance and operation. Instead of having to clean and maintain a reusable filter, the CD-1500 CR is equipped with disposable bags of 15 L that can be discarded and replaced without calibration or adjustment. This reduces machine downtime and ensures that filtration remains optimal at all times.
Yes. Tiger-Vac CD-1500 CR is specifically designed for cleanroom compatibility and meets ISO Class 4 requirements. It can be supplied with HEPA H14 filter (99.995% at 0.3 micron) or ULPA U15 filter (99.999% at 0.12 micron) for even cleaner exhaust, and is often used in pharmaceutical and medical manufacturing.
Both versions deliver the same performance: 0.9 kW, 187 m₃/h air flow, 2540 mmH₂O suction, and 64 dB(A) noise. Choose single-phase (230V) if your laboratory or production facility only has single-phase power available. Choose three-phase (400V) if you have three-phase installed - it is more energy efficient for larger installations.
TEFC means Fully Enclosed Fan Cooled - a robust motor type with no exposed parts or brush wear. This design allows the machine to run 24/7 without maintenance or thermal throttling. It makes CD-1500 CR ideal for pharma production where uninterrupted operation is critical.
Standard is the disposable filter bag system (PFB) at 15 L. As an optional upgrade, you can get HEPA H14 filter (99.995% at 0.3 micron) or ULPA U15 filter (99.999% at 0.12 micron) for classified cleanrooms. Filter choices do not affect the base machine, only the exhaust purity.
Yes. The machine is designed for high-purity tablet recovery without damaging products. The 19 L collection tank combined with soft suction characteristics makes it ideal for collecting valuable pharmaceutical components from production lines or tablet presses.
Yes. Tiger-Vac CD-1500 CR can be mounted vertically, making it ideal for small laboratories or cleanrooms with limited floor space. Vertical mounting does not change performance or operating patterns, but requires proper installation conditions.
WHITE LINE indicates that the machine is supplied with white powder coat finish and is designed for cleanroom and clean-room environments. It can also be supplied in full stainless steel (AISI 304) or mixed white/stainless construction depending on your chemical resistance and environmental requirements.
