What is Tiger-Vac CD-2600 CR (ARP) WHITE LINE?

Tiger-Vac CD-2600 CR (ARP) WHITE LINE is a powerful stationary dust collector with an Automatic Reverse Purge system designed for process extraction, machine exhaust, and material handling in pharmaceutical, medicinal, and food industries. With continuous automatic filter cleaning through reverse air pulse technology, the filter is cleaned continuously during operation - without downtime, manual intervention, or filter maintenance.

The machine offers two 3-phase motor sizes (400V, 50Hz only): 2.2 kW at 330 m³/h or 3.7 kW at 340 m³/h. Both deliver exceptionally high vacuum - up to 3560 mmH₂O - for heavy process extraction. The 36 L recovery tank is completely detachable for easy handling and disposal, and includes a conductive aluminized spun bond polyester cartridge with static dissipative properties to protect sensitive or explosive materials.

The machine complies with ISO Class 4 requirements and can be equipped with HEPA H14 filter (99.995% at 0.3 micron) or ULPA U15 filter (99.999% at 0.12 micron) for even cleaner exhaust air. At H191 cm × W51 cm × D66 cm and 112 kg weight, with Carriage Base cart and 4 wheels for easy transport. White powder coat construction with optional full stainless steel (AISI 304) or mixed white/stainless for chemical environments.

ARP system - automatic filter cleaning without downtime: Unlike manual or semi-automatic systems, the ARP system keeps the filter constantly clean through regular reverse air pulse cycles. Filter capacity remains optimal, vacuum levels stay stable, and the machine can run continuously 24/7 without manual cleaning or maintenance.

Questions and Answers

ARP stands for Automatic Reverse Purge - an automatic filter cleaning system that continuously purges the filter during operation without requiring manual intervention or downtime. A reverse air pulse propels precipitated dust back into the recovery tank, keeping the filter perfectly clean at all times and maintaining constant vacuum and efficiency.
The ARP system provides continuous, automatic filter cleaning without downtime. With manual systems, operators must stop the machine and shake or tap the filter to remove dust. With ARP, cleaning occurs automatically in the background, meaning the machine never loses suction efficiency and all dust is constantly collected without manual intervention.
The CD-2600 is a large stationary machine designed for industrial and process extraction where 3-phase power is standard. With two motor sizes (2.2 kW and 3.7 kW), 3-phase power (400V, 50Hz) is required to deliver the necessary performance - 330 to 340 m³/h airflow and 3300-3560 mmH₂O vacuum. Single-phase would be insufficient for this power level.
The recovery tank is 36 L and completely detachable from the machine, making it extremely easy to empty and handle dust without opening or servicing the machine. The detachable tank is ideal for pharmaceutical and food production where handling and disposal are critical. When the tank is full, it is simply removed, emptied, and reused.
Yes, absolutely. The CD-2600 CR (ARP) is designed specifically for high-value products and sensitive materials in pharmaceutical, medicinal, and food industries. The machine complies with ISO Class 4 and can be equipped with HEPA H14 or ULPA U15 filters. The conductive aluminized spun bond polyester cartridge is static dissipative, protecting products from electrostatic discharge.
The 2.2 kW motor delivers 330 m³/h and 3300 mmH₂O vacuum, while the 3.7 kW motor delivers 340 m³/h and 3560 mmH₂O vacuum. Both have the same noise level (68 dB(A)). Choose 2.2 kW if you have smaller process extraction needs, or choose 3.7 kW for heavy-duty or high-volume machine extraction.
Yes, that is exactly what the machine is designed for. With both high airflow (up to 340 m³/h) and high vacuum (up to 3560 mmH₂O), the CD-2600 CR can be connected directly to production machinery to collect dry materials, chips, or dust from manufacturing processes without external collection points or interruptions.
WHITE LINE means the machine is sealed with white powder coat finish, making it highly resistant to scratches, chemicals, and normal wear in cleanroom environments. The machine can also be supplied in full stainless steel (AISI 304) for extra resistance to corrosive chemicals, or as half stainless/half white to balance price and functionality.
Yes. The Tiger-Vac CD-2600 CR can be mounted vertically, making it ideal for small laboratories or production areas with limited floor space. Vertical mounting does not change the machine's performance or operation pattern.
ISO Class 4 means the machine is designed to operate in cleanroom environments classified as ISO 14644 Class 4 - typically pharmaceutical production and medicinal manufacturing. With HEPA H14 or ULPA U15 filters, maximum cleanliness assurance is ensured in exhaust air.
