What is the Delfin DBF 05/10?

The Delfin DBF 05/10 is a compact, fixed extraction unit engineered for direct mounting on production machinery and OEM lines. Its maintenance-free side channel blower is rated for continuous 24/7 operation, and the compact horizontal form factor fits easily into tight machine layouts. Dust collection is handled by a disposable bag with Polyester M PTFE media, and the unit is available in two power levels: DBF 05 (0.4 kW, 100 m³/h) and DBF 10 (0.85 kW, 150 m³/h).

The construction is complete steel, and the IP65 rating ensures full protection against dust ingress and water jets from all directions. An integrated pressure relief valve protects the motor against overload if the suction inlet becomes blocked during operation. The unit is highly modular and can be adapted to specific OEM requirements — from filter upgrades to full AISI 304 stainless steel construction.

Two models — one design: DBF 05 and DBF 10 share the same external design and footprint (75 × 34 × 42 cm) but differ in motor output. Choose DBF 05 for lighter extraction tasks and DBF 10 when the process requires higher airflow or vacuum.
