What is Delfin DBFV 05/10?

Delfin DBFV 05/10 is a compact, vertical dust extraction unit engineered for direct mounting on production machines and integrable OEM lines. The maintenance-free side-channel blower is designed for continuous 24/7 operation, and the compact vertical construction makes it easy to integrate into even the tightest machine layouts. Dust collection uses a disposable bag with Polyester M PTFE media, with two power levels available: DBFV 05 (0.4 kW, 100 m³/h) and DBFV 10 (0.85 kW, 150 m³/h).

The construction is complete steel, and IP65 rating ensures full protection against dust ingress and water spray from any direction. The integrated relief valve protects the motor from overload if the suction inlet becomes blocked during operation. The unit is highly modular and can be customized for specific OEM requirements — from filter upgrade to complete AISI 304 stainless steel construction.

Two models, one design: DBFV 05 and DBFV 10 share identical external dimensions and footprint (50 × 33 × 73 cm), but differ in motor performance. Choose DBFV 05 for lighter extraction tasks and DBFV 10 when your process demands higher airflow or vacuum.
