What is Delfin DBFV 20/30?
Delfin DBFV 20/30 is a stationary, vertical dust collection unit designed for direct mounting on production machines and manufacturing lines. The robust steel construction and large star/pocket filter make the unit ideal for heavy-duty and continuous dust collection tasks. Filter cleaning is manual and energy-free, performed daily or as needed by applying short bursts of air or back-flush through the filter. The DBFV series is available in two performance levels: DBFV 20 (2.2 kW, 270 m³/h, 3,000 mmH₂O max) and DBFV 30 (2.2 kW, 318 m³/h, 2,600 mmH₂O max).
The pressure relief valve is always included and protects the system from overload if the filter becomes too clogged. The IP65 rating ensures full protection against dust penetration and water spray from all directions. The unit is highly modular and can be supplied in stainless steel (AISI 304) for pharmaceutical and cleanroom environments, and it can be equipped with ESD grounding connection for electrostatic protection.
