What is the Depureco DF 075?

The Depureco DF 075 is a mobile dust collector with a centrifugal fan, developed for capturing fine airborne particles in production environments with moderate air volumes. The machine is supplied with three selectable inlet diameters (Ø70, 100 and 120 mm), which affect both the airflow and the available vacuum: the smallest Ø70 version reaches 185 mmH₂O at 300 m³/h, while the largest Ø120 version delivers up to 800 m³/h at 180 mmH₂O. The 0.75 kW drivetrain is IP55 rated with insulation class F.

The primary filter is a polyester class M star filter with 24,000 cm² surface and manual shake cleaning. Available as options are an automatic reverse-jet cartridge system (SP) with 90,000 cm² antistatic polyester, and a H13 absolute filter adding 120,000 cm² of fibreglass filtration as a secondary stage. The chassis is painted steel, and the machine is mounted on wheels.

Three inlets — one machine: The DF 075 is a single model that can be supplied with three different suction inlets. Choose Ø70 mm when you need higher vacuum, and Ø120 mm when the task demands maximum airflow. Ø100 mm is a good compromise between the two.

Questions & answers

Why are there three different inlet diameters on the DF 075?

The DF 075 can be supplied with Ø70, 100 or 120 mm suction inlets, and the choice affects both airflow and available vacuum. The smallest Ø70 version reaches 185 mmH₂O at 300 m³/h; the Ø100 version delivers 200 mmH₂O at 600 m³/h; and the Ø120 version gives 180 mmH₂O at up to 800 m³/h. Pick the smallest diameter when you need higher vacuum, and the largest when you need maximum airflow.

What is the difference between manual and automatic filter cleaning?

The standard version uses a star filter with 24,000 cm² polyester class M, cleaned manually via a shake mechanism. As an option, the SP system adds 3 antistatic cartridge filters (90,000 cm² in total) with automatic reverse-jet cleaning. Automatic cleaning is a real benefit during continuous operation, where stopping to shake the filter manually is impractical.

Can the DF 075 be fitted with a HEPA filter?

Yes. An optional H13 absolute filter with 120,000 cm² fibreglass surface is available, installed as a secondary stage after the primary star filter. This gives significantly higher particle retention for applications where the exhaust air must be especially clean.

How much can the bin hold?

The standard collection bin holds 65 L. As an option, a 100 L bin (100LT) is available if you need longer run time between emptying cycles. The bin sits on wheels and detaches quickly from the filter unit.

Is the DF 075 suitable for ATEX environments?

The standard version of the DF 075 is not ATEX-certified. The machine can, however, be ordered with earth grounding (GRD) as an option, reducing the risk of electrostatic charging. For full ATEX certification, please refer to the DF ATEX range. Contact us for guidance on the right configuration.
