What is the Depureco DF 22?

The Depureco DF 22 is the mid-sized mobile dust collector in the DF range. Its 2.2 kW drivetrain delivers up to 1,400 m³/h with the largest Ø150 mm inlet and up to 350 mmH₂O at any of the three inlet sizes, giving a strong balance between high airflow and useful vacuum. The machine shares its chassis (660 × 800 mm, height 1,630 mm) and 65 L bin with the smaller DF 075 but uses a more powerful motor and weighs 120 kg.

The primary filter is a class M polyester star filter with 24,000 cm² surface and manual cleaning. Options include automatic reverse-jet cartridge cleaning (SP) with 90,000 cm² of antistatic polyester, a H13 HEPA stage as secondary filter, and a range of motor and construction options in stainless steel.

Same chassis as the DF 075: The DF 22 and DF 075 share external dimensions and bin. The difference lies in the motor (0.75 kW vs. 2.2 kW), maximum airflow (800 vs. 1,400 m³/h) and maximum vacuum (200 vs. 350 mmH₂O). Choose the DF 22 when the task demands more airflow and a higher noise level (73 vs. 70 dB(A)) is acceptable.

Questions & answers

The DF 22 shares the chassis (660 × 800 mm, 1,630 mm height) and 65 L bin with the DF 075, but uses a more powerful 2.2 kW fan versus the DF 075’s 0.75 kW. This gives up to 1,400 m³/h (versus 800 m³/h) and a constant 350 mmH₂O at any inlet size (versus 180–200 mmH₂O on the DF 075). The DF 22 weighs 120 kg versus 110 kg for the DF 075. Choose the DF 22 when the task demands more airflow and a higher noise level (73 dB(A)) is acceptable.
The DF 22 can be supplied with Ø100, Ø120 or Ø150 mm suction inlets. All three variants deliver the same maximum vacuum of 350 mmH₂O, while airflow increases with diameter: 800 m³/h at Ø100 mm, 1,000 m³/h at Ø120 mm and 1,400 m³/h at Ø150 mm. Choose the largest diameter when you need maximum air volume.
Yes. An optional H13 absolute filter with 120,000 cm² fibreglass surface is available as a secondary stage after the primary star filter. It raises particle retention significantly for applications where the exhaust air needs to be especially clean.
The SP system replaces the manual star filter with 3 antistatic polyester cartridges (9 m² total, 90,000 cm²) that are cleaned automatically with compressed air in reverse-jet mode. Cleaning takes place without stopping the machine, which is a real advantage during continuous operation or at high dust loads.
Yes. The standard motor is 400 V 50 Hz three-phase, but the DF 22 can also be supplied with 460 V 60 Hz three-phase, 220–380 V 60 Hz three-phase or 230 V 50 Hz single-phase. Contact us if you need a specific voltage or frequency configuration.
