What is the Delfin MTL 4533/4534/4535?

The Delfin MTL 4533/4534/4535 is a series of three heavy-duty, compact industrial vacuums engineered for the collection of dust and solid particles in production environments. All three models share an identical chassis with painted steel construction, a 45 L detachable tank and an 80 mm suction inlet, but differ in motor output: the MTL 4533 delivers 2.2 kW, the MTL 4534 delivers 3.0 kW and the MTL 4535 delivers 4.0 kW.

The antistatic polyester filter is rated class M per IEC 60335-2-69 and configured as a star/bag filter with 20,000 cm² surface area and a 420 mm diameter. The manual filter cleaning system makes it easy to maintain full suction performance without opening the machine. An integrated pressure relief valve protects the motor from overload, and the IP65 rating ensures full protection against dust ingress and water jets.

Three models — one chassis: The MTL 4533, MTL 4534 and MTL 4535 share identical construction and outer dimensions (58 × 93 × 116 cm). Choose the variant based on the required airflow and waterlift for your application. The MTL 4535 delivers the highest airflow (420 m³/h) for larger collection tasks.

What is the difference between MTL 4533, MTL 4534 and MTL 4535?

All three models share an identical chassis, 45 L detachable tank and Ø80 mm suction inlet. MTL 4533 delivers 2.2 kW and 318 m³/h with 2,600/1,900 mmH₂O waterlift at 80 kg. MTL 4534 delivers 3.0 kW and 318 m³/h with 3,200/2,600 mmH₂O at 85 kg. MTL 4535 delivers 4.0 kW and 420 m³/h with 3,200/2,600 mmH₂O at 90 kg. Choose the variant based on the required airflow and waterlift.

Can the filter be upgraded to HEPA?

Yes. An optional H14 absolute filter with 99.995% efficiency measured on the MPPS method (EN 1822-5) is available. The filter has 27,100 cm² surface area and is installed as a secondary stage after the primary polyester filter, providing significantly higher particle retention for demanding applications.

How is the tank emptied?

The 45 L tank is detachable and released via a quick-release system. This makes it easy to empty and clean the tank without tools. For applications using disposable bags, an optional steel ring is available for quick and hygienic bag replacement.

What does the pressure relief valve protect against?

The integrated pressure relief valve is a safety device that automatically opens if the suction inlet becomes blocked or the vacuum level exceeds a safe threshold. This protects the motor from overload and extends the machine’s service life. The valve is included as standard on all three models.

Can the MTL 4533-4535 be used in ATEX environments?

The standard version is not ATEX-certified. However, Delfin offers options such as earth grounding and a 24 V electrical panel with remote control (LOC/REM) that address certain requirements.
