What is the Delfin ZFR EV AP 420 K07?

The Delfin ZFR EV AP 420 K07 is a compact industrial dust collector designed for localised point extraction of fine, airborne dust directly at the source. The unit prevents dust from spreading into the working environment by capturing particles close to the production process — either via a fixed duct or an articulated extraction arm (optional). With 1,000 m³/h maximum airflow and a 0.75 kW IE3 motor, it delivers effective dedusting in a compact footprint. The 45 L collection container and low noise level of 70 dB(A) make it well suited for workstations where space is limited.

Construction is complete painted steel with IP55 rating. The star filter element with 20,000 cm² polyester class L surface is cleaned manually. Optional upgrades include HEPA H14 absolute filter, antistatic class M filter, active carbon filter, or stainless steel AISI 304 construction.

Not a vacuum cleaner: The ZFR EV AP 420 K07 is a stationary dust collector for localised point extraction — not a mobile vacuum cleaner. The unit is positioned at the production source and connected via fixed ductwork or extraction arm to capture fine dust before it spreads into the working environment.

Questions and answers

The ZFR EV AP 420 K07 is a compact dust collector designed for localised point extraction of fine, airborne dust directly at the source in production environments. It is not a mobile vacuum cleaner but a stationary or semi-stationary unit connected via ductwork or an articulated extraction arm to prevent dust from spreading into the working environment.
The unit delivers up to 1,000 m³/h maximum airflow with 180 mmH₂O vacuum. This is sufficient for localised point extraction at a single workstation or production process.
The standard filter is a star filter in polyester class L according to IEC 60335-2-69 with 20,000 cm² filter surface and Ø420 mm diameter. Filter cleaning is manual. Optional upgrades include HEPA H14 absolute filter or antistatic class M filter.
Yes. An articulated extraction arm (Ø100 mm, 3,000 mm reach) is available as an option. The arm allows flexible positioning of the extraction point directly at the source. Connections for flexible hose in Ø100/100 mm and Ø100/80 mm are also available.
Yes. The ZFR EV 420 K07 can be configured with AISI 304 stainless steel collection container, combined container and filter chamber, or full stainless steel construction (filter chamber, container, cover and frame). Earth grounding is also available as an option.
The unit weighs 60 kg and measures 58 × 63 × 180 cm (L×W×H). This makes it the most compact model in the ZEFIRO EV range, well suited for workstations where space is limited.
