What is the Delfin ZFR EV AP 560?

The Delfin ZFR EV AP 560 is a range of dust collectors for localised point extraction of fine, airborne particles in production environments. The range is available in two motor sizes: K1 with 1.1 kW and 1,500 m³/h maximum airflow, and K2 with 2.2 kW and 2,500 m³/h. Both variants feature a Ø200 mm suction inlet, 100 L collection container and antistatic star filter class M with 50,000 cm² surface area. The units are designed to capture fine powder at the source and prevent dust from spreading into the working environment — typically via fixed ductwork or an articulated extraction arm.

The construction is complete painted steel with IP55 rating. The star filter element with 50,000 cm² antistatic polyester class M surface is cleaned manually. Optional upgrades include HEPA H14 absolute filter, stainless steel AISI 304 construction, remote control with 24 V electrical panel or earth grounding (ESD).

Not a vacuum cleaner: The ZFR EV AP 560 is a stationary dust collector for localised point extraction — not a mobile vacuum cleaner. The unit is positioned at the production source and connected via fixed ductwork or extraction arm to capture fine dust before it spreads into the working environment.

Options

The ZFR EV AP 560 can be configured with a range of options to adapt the unit to specific environmental requirements.

  • HEPA H14 absolute filter — cartridge type for maximum particulate retention
  • Stainless steel AISI 304 collection container — chemically resistant
  • Stainless steel container + filter chamber — extended corrosion protection
  • Full stainless steel construction — filter chamber, container, cover and frame in AISI 304
  • Earth grounding — ESD protection against electrostatic charge build-up
  • Remote control — 24 V electrical panel with remote operation

Questions and answers

The ZFR EV AP 560 is a range of dust collectors for localised point extraction of fine, airborne dust directly at the source in production environments. It is available in two motor sizes — K1 and K2 — both with a 100 L collection container and star filter class M. It is not a mobile vacuum cleaner but a stationary unit connected via ductwork or an articulated extraction arm.
K1 has a 1.1 kW motor, 1,500 m³/h maximum airflow and 160 mmH₂O vacuum. K2 has a 2.2 kW motor, 2,500 m³/h maximum airflow and 210 mmH₂O vacuum. Both share the same collection container (100 L), filter (50,000 cm² class M), suction inlet (Ø200 mm) and dimensions.
The standard filter is a star filter in polyester class M according to IEC 60335-2-69 with 50,000 cm² filter surface and Ø560 mm diameter. Filter cleaning is manual. An optional upgrade to HEPA H14 absolute filter is available.
The ZFR EV AP 560 can be configured with stainless steel AISI 304 for the collection container, filter chamber or full construction. Additional options include earth grounding (ESD protection), remote control with 24 V electrical panel, and mounting with articulated extraction arm or fixed ductwork.
The ZFR EV AP 560 measures 78 × 118 × 214 cm (L×W×H) and weighs 100 kg. This makes it a compact, mid-sized dust collector suitable for small to medium production environments with limited space.
Yes. The unit can be connected to an articulated extraction arm (Ø200 mm) or fixed ductwork for flexible point extraction directly at the work location. This prevents dust from spreading into the working environment and ensures optimal airflow capture.
