ZFR EV AP 560 K4 & ZEFIRO EV AP 560 K5

The Delfin ZFR EV AP 560 K4 and Delfin ZEFIRO EV AP 560 K5 are the most powerful models in the ZEFIRO EV range, designed for localised point extraction in production environments with heavy dust loads. The K4 delivers 4 kW and up to 3.500 m³/h airflow with 370 mmH₂O vacuum; the K5 delivers 5.5 kW and up to 3.000 m³/h with 470 mmH₂O vacuum and comes equipped with ΔY start and an integrated 24 V control panel.

  • K4: 3.500 m³/h, K5: 3.000 m³/h — powerful point extraction
  • Star filter class M with 50.000 cm² surface area
  • 100 L collection container — less frequent emptying
  • K5 with ΔY start and 24 V control panel included
  • HEPA H14 absolute filter as an option
  • IP55 — stainless steel as an option

What are the Delfin ZFR EV AP 560 K4 and ZEFIRO EV AP 560 K5?

The Delfin ZFR EV AP 560 K4 and ZEFIRO EV AP 560 K5 are powerful dust collectors designed for localised point extraction of fine, airborne dust directly at the source in production environments. They prevent dust spread in the working environment by capturing particles close to the production process — either via fixed connected pipework or a flexible extraction arm (optional). The K4 delivers 4 kW and up to 3.500 m³/h maximum airflow; the K5 delivers 5.5 kW and up to 3.000 m³/h with greater vacuum pressure. Both feature a 100 L collection container and work with a star filter class M (50.000 cm²) with manual cleaning.

Key difference: The K5 is equipped with a ΔY start (vector start) and integrated 24 V control panel, making it well-suited for heavier industrial processes with very high dust loads. Both are constructed in fully welded steel with IP55 classification. As options, upgrades to HEPA H14 absolute filter, antistatic class M filter, activated carbon filter, or stainless steel AISI 304 construction are available.

Not a vacuum cleaner: The ZFR EV AP 560 K4 and ZEFIRO EV AP 560 K5 are stationary dust collectors for localised point extraction — not mobile vacuum cleaners. The units are placed at the production source and connected via fixed pipework or an extraction arm to capture fine dust before it spreads into the working environment.

Options

Both K4 and K5 can be configured with a range of options that adapt the units to specific environmental requirements.

  • HEPA H14 absolute filter — cartridge-type with 10 m² surface for maximum particle retention
  • Antistatic class M filter — for environments with antistatic requirements
  • Stainless steel AISI 304 collection container — chemical resistant
  • Stainless steel container + filter chamber — extended corrosion protection
  • Fully stainless steel construction — filter chamber, container, cover and frame in AISI 304
  • Earth grounding — ESD protection against electrostatic charging
  • Remote control — K5 with standard remote; K4 with 24 V-compatible variant
  • Various motor configurations — available upon request

Questions and Answers

The ZFR EV AP 560 K4 and ZEFIRO EV AP 560 K5 are powerful dust collectors designed for localised point extraction of fine, airborne dust directly at the source in production environments. They are not mobile vacuum cleaners, but stationary or semi-stationary units connected via fixed pipework or a flexible extraction arm to prevent dust spread in the working environment.
K4 delivers 4 kW and up to 3.500 m³/h airflow with 370 mmH₂O vacuum. K5 delivers 5.5 kW and up to 3.000 m³/h with greater vacuum of 470 mmH₂O. Main difference: K5 is equipped with ΔY start (vector start) and an integrated 24 V control panel, making it more robust for heavier processes.
The standard filter is a star filter in polyester class M according to IEC 60335-2-69 with 50.000 cm² filter surface and Ø560 mm diameter. Filter cleaning is manual. As an option, an upgrade to HEPA H14 absolute filter or antistatic class M filter is available.
Yes. A flexible extraction arm (Ø200 mm) is available as an option. The arm allows flexible positioning of the extraction point directly at the source. Connections to flexible hose are also available.
Yes. K4 and K5 can be configured with stainless steel AISI 304 collection container, combined container and filter chamber, or fully stainless steel construction (filter chamber, container, cover and frame). Earth grounding and remote control are also available as options.
Both units weigh 130 kg and measure 78 × 118 × 214 cm (L×W×H). They are designed for higher airflow than the earlier K series and are used in heavier industrial and laboratory environments.
