Accessibility statement
Our work to make this website accessible to all users — measured against WCAG 2.2, Level AA.
Scope
This statement applies to this website (particulair.eu) at https://particulair.eu/ as well as its English version at https://particulair.eu/en/ and Polish version at https://particulair.eu/pl/. Particulair (VAT DK34129894) is responsible for the website.
Conformance status
The site is fully conformant with WCAG 2.2 Level AA. Particulair additionally follows selected AAA criteria as a baseline — in particular Focus Appearance (2.4.13) and Animation from Interactions (2.3.3).
We perform automated audits and manual review for every release and annually. If we identify deviations, this statement will be updated.
Standard and legal basis
We measure against WCAG 2.2, Level AA — the international standard for digital accessibility published by W3C in 2023 (ISO/IEC 40500:2025).
The European Accessibility Act (Directive 2019/882) entered into force on 28 June 2025 and imposes requirements on a wide range of digital services. Particulair is formally exempted as a micro-enterprise (cf. section 12(2) of the Danish Accessibility Act), but follows the EAA’s requirements across all of its sites as a matter of responsibility — not obligation.
Preparation method
This statement is based on:
- Self-evaluation using automated audit tools (our internal audit pipeline plus Lighthouse) carried out on 17 April 2026 and updated on 15 May 2026.
- Manual review of contrast, focus management, keyboard navigation, semantic structure and form accessibility performed by the Particulair team.
An annual manual WCAG audit is part of the website’s maintenance rhythm.

Escalation
If you do not receive a satisfactory response from us, you may file a complaint with the competent Danish supervisory authority. In practice, the Danish Safety Technology Authority (Sikkerhedsstyrelsen) under the Ministry of Industry, Business and Financial Affairs is the lead authority for the Danish Accessibility Act (Act no. 801 of 7 June 2022) for products and services; sector-specific complaints may, however, fall under other authorities (Financial Supervisory Authority, Transport Authority and others).
