About CD-600 EX
The CD-600 EX is a compact professional gas collection unit designed for ATEX-certified areas. The unique strength of the CD-600 EX is that the HEPA H14 filter is included as standard right out of the box—not as an optional add-on. This ensures maximum air quality and is ideal for pharmaceutical and chemical production from day one.
The unit operates with either a 2.2 kW (400V 3-phase) or 1.5 kW (230V single-phase) TEFC motor, making it versatile in different work environments. With a single Ø150 mm inlet, 1000 m³/h capacity, and a 10L collection drawer, it is compact yet powerful.

The HEPA H14 filter is included as standard on the CD-600 EX because environments such as pharmaceutical and chemical production require high air quality from day one. By including the HEPA H14, we ensure that your gas collection unit can be put into use immediately without additional filter setup costs.
The 400V motor (2.2 kW) is the stronger variant and is suitable for heavy industry, while the 230V motor (1.5 kW) is ideal for smaller laboratories and smaller operations. Both deliver 1000 m³/h, but 400V has more power and lower electrical supply load.
The CD-600 EX is certified for Zone 1 and Zone 2 (gas) as well as Zone 21 and Zone 22 (dust). Zone 20 (internal) is also covered. This makes it a universally applicable gas collection unit in ATEX environments.
ARP (Automatic Reverse Pulse) with a 10L air tank performs filter cleaning automatically, while MRP (Manual Reverse Pulse) requires manual operation. ARP is more efficient for 24/7 operation and significantly reduces operator workload.
