Delfin DG 300 HD ACD

The Delfin DG 300 HD ACD is the high-flow version in the 300 range -- a 25 kW three-phase side-channel blower delivering 2050 m³/h airflow and 3100 mmH₂O vacuum (with safety valve installed) for large production halls with combustible dust outside ATEX-classified zones. The 220 L detachable tank is designed for fork-lift handling, and the AUT system automatically shakes the primary filter between cycles with no need for manual shaking. The entire range is certified to IEC 60335-2-69 Annex AA so the dust tank is treated as internal Zone 20 regardless of the surrounding environment.

Applications

  • Large-scale metalworking with combustible grinding dust (aluminium, magnesium, titanium)
  • Woodworking and panel manufacturing with MDF and fine particle dust
  • Large-volume food production (flour, sugar, dry-milk dust)
  • Battery and electronics manufacturing with combustible fine powder in high volumes
  • Stationary installations requiring 24/7 operation and high airflow

Questions and answers

Can the DG 300 HD ACD be used in an ATEX Zone 22?

No. All DG 300 ACD are certified to IEC 60335-2-69 Annex AA and may only be used in areas that are NOT ATEX-classified. For Zone 22 choose an ATEX-certified model.

What is the difference between HD and SE?

HD delivers high airflow (2050 m³/h) with moderate vacuum (3100 mmH₂O) -- choose HD for large volumes of lighter dust and long hose runs. SE delivers high vacuum (4400 mmH₂O) at lower flow (1100 m³/h) -- choose SE for compact heavy dust and high resistance.

How does the AUT filter cleaning work?

AUT (Automatic) shakes the star filter automatically between cycles without operator intervention. It differs from the PN system in not requiring compressed air -- AUT uses a mechanical shaking mechanism.

Is it mobile despite 810 kg?

Yes -- integrated wheels allow limited relocation, and built-in fork-lift pockets permit safe lifting during tank changes. For true daily mobility it is recommended placed stationary and connected to fixed piping.

What does the ** next to max waterlift mean?

The footnote indicates that the maximum vacuum value (3100 mmH₂O) is measured WITH safety valve installed. The valve is included and protects the blower against pressure spikes during sudden blockage.

Is the HEPA filter included as standard?

Yes -- H14 HEPA post-filter (103.500 cm² filter area, 99.995 % MPPS per EN 1822-5) is standard on all DG 300 ACD.
