Delfin DG 300 HD PN ACD
The Delfin DG 300 HD PN ACD is the high-flow PN version of the 300 range -- 25 kW three-phase side-channel blower, 2050 m³/h airflow, 4000 mmH₂O max vacuum (3100 mmH₂O continuous) and four polyester class M cartridge filters totalling 260.000 cm². Pneumatic cleaning (PN) pulses compressed air through the cartridges while suction continues -- no pauses, no manual shaking, constant high suction performance. Compressor is included on-board. The footprint is larger than the AUT version (920 x 2200 vs 950 x 1800 mm base), but the lower air load (79 m³/m²/h) yields significantly longer filter life.

Questions and answers
Why PN over AUT?
The PN system cleans cartridges during suction via compressed air pulses, keeping vacuum performance constantly high without pauses. AUT only shakes between cycles and suits periodic use. Choose PN for 24/7 production.
What is the filter life difference between HD and HD PN?
HD (AUT) has a filter load around 200 m³/m²/h. HD PN has 79 m³/m²/h thanks to the much larger 260.000 cm² cartridge area -- roughly three times longer filter life under similar conditions.
Is the compressor included?
Yes -- on-board compressor is built in. No external compressed air connection required.
How often do cartridge filters need replacing?
With pneumatic cleaning during suction, filter life is significantly extended -- typically 12-24 months depending on dust type, filter load and cleaning frequency.
Can I use the DG 300 HD PN ACD in ATEX Zone 22?
No. Like all ACD models, DG 300 HD PN is certified to IEC 60335-2-69 Annex AA and intended only for non-ATEX-classified areas.
How much noise does the compressor add?
The overall sound level is 78 dB(A) measured per EN ISO 3744. The compressor runs only in short pulses and does not raise the overall level above the stated value.
