Delfin DG 300 SE ACD
The Delfin DG 300 SE ACD is the high-vacuum version of the 300 range -- a 20 kW three-phase side-channel blower delivering 4400 mmH₂O vacuum (with safety valve installed) at 1100 m³/h airflow. The SE profile is optimised for heavy, compact dust and long hose runs where vacuum matters more than volume. The 220 L detachable tank and AUT filter cleaning are identical to the HD version, and the entire construction is certified to IEC 60335-2-69 Annex AA.

Questions and answers
Why choose SE over HD?
SE delivers significantly higher vacuum (4400 vs 3100 mmH₂O) but lower airflow (1100 vs 2050 m³/h). Choose SE when dust is heavy/compact or hose is long. HD is better for lighter dust in large volumes.
Can I use the DG 300 SE ACD in ATEX Zone 22?
No -- certification to IEC 60335-2-69 Annex AA covers only non-ATEX-classified areas. Contact Particulair for equivalent ATEX-certified models.
Is AUT cleaning sufficient for 24/7 operation?
Yes, AUT shakes during stops. For true 24/7 scenarios the PN version is recommended, as it cleans during suction and keeps the dust cake fully removed without pauses.
Is the motor oil-free?
Yes -- the side-channel blower is sealed and oil-free. No carbon brushes or seals to replace, no oil change, no scheduled motor service during normal life.
Can the tank be changed without tools?
The tank is detachable with star-clamp closure and can be changed with minimal tools. Built-in fork-lift pockets make heavy dust handleable with a forklift rather than manually.
What is the PTC sensor?
The PTC sensor (motor heating detector) monitors motor temperature and shuts down operation automatically on overheating. It is standard on the DG 300 range and significantly extends motor life.
