Delfin DG 300 SE PN ACD
The Delfin DG 300 SE PN ACD is the top of the range in the high-vacuum category -- 20 kW three-phase side-channel blower with 5000 mmH₂O max vacuum (4400 mmH₂O continuous) and four cartridge filters totalling 260.000 cm². PN cleaning during operation with on-board compressor provides constant vacuum performance without pauses, and the lowest air load in the range (42 m³/m²/h) maximises filter life. SE PN is optimised for heavy, compact dust where high vacuum is critical -- typically cement, ceramics, metal chips and other demanding materials. Sound level is 77 dB(A), slightly lower than HD PN thanks to the lower motor power.

Questions and answers
Why choose SE PN over HD PN?
SE PN has significantly higher vacuum (5000 vs 4000 mmH₂O) but lower airflow (1100 vs 2050 m³/h). Choose SE PN for heavy/compact dust and long hose runs. HD PN is better for lighter dust in large volumes.
What is the difference between SE (AUT) and SE PN?
SE has a star filter (120.000 cm²) and AUT cleaning between cycles; SE PN has 4 cartridge filters (260.000 cm² -- more than double) and PN cleaning during suction. SE PN delivers higher continuous vacuum and significantly longer filter life but has a larger footprint (920 x 2200 vs 950 x 1800 mm).
What is the air load on the cartridge filters?
42 m³/m²/h -- the lowest in the range and lower than many competing products. This yields minimal pressure drop across the filter and maximum life.
Can I use the DG 300 SE PN ACD in ATEX Zone 22?
No. All ACD models are certified to IEC 60335-2-69 Annex AA and intended only for non-ATEX-classified areas. For Zone 22 choose an ATEX-certified model.
Can the tank be changed during operation?
Suction is stopped during tank change, but emptying does not require motor cooling. Operation can resume immediately after tank change.
Are the cartridges standard items the customer can replace?
Yes -- the four cartridges are standard polyester class M ANT M items and can be replaced by the customer with basic tools. Contact Particulair for spare part orders.
