Tiger-Vac CD/EUR-50L EX DT (MFS) CAT. 2GD Z1-21
The Tiger-Vac CD/EUR-50L EX DT (MFS) CAT. 2D Z21 (111610B1) is the MFS version of the CD/EUR-50L pharma vacuum platform with Z1-2-21-22 combined certification. ATEX II 1/2GD 3rd party. Manual Filter Shaker instead of MRP -- simple mechanics that shake the washable static dissipative cloth main filter clean. The True Cyclone Separator on the suction intake significantly increases separation efficiency. 4 kW TEFC, 299 m3/h, 3380 mmH2O, 74 dB(A). 50 L AISI 304 tank, 63.5 mm intake, ULPA U15 standard. Vertical mounting with CSMT (103 x 69 x 201 cm). Choose MFS if your dust is normally flowing and MFS vibration is sufficient; choose MRP if the dust is sticky or very fine.

Questions and answers
What is the difference between the three MRP ULPA certifications (Z22 / Z21 / Z1-2-21-22)?
Drive specs are identical (4 kW, 299 m3/h, 3380 mmH2O, 50 L tank, 60 kg). The difference is the underlying ATEX certification, which determines in which zones the unit may formally be used: Z22 (111625B1) is Zone 22 dust only; Z21 (111629B1) is Zone 21 dust; Z1-2-21-22 (111633B1) is combined -- Zone 1 and 2 gas + Zone 21 and 22 dust. Choose the variant based on the zone classification at your site -- contact us for advice if in doubt.
What is CSMT?
CSMT = Carriage with Suspended Motor Top. A construction where the motor hangs from a common frame design above the tank platform itself -- giving a small footprint and easy mobility even at 60 kg weight and 210 cm height. CSMT is industry standard at Tiger-Vac for high-flow vertically mounted ATEX models.
What is the advantage of MRP over MFS?
MFS (Manual Filter Shaker) shakes the filter with vibration -- simple mechanics. MRP (Manual Reverse Purge) uses reverse purge through the cartridge, breaking the filter cake loose effectively -- better for sticky, damp or very fine dust. The CD/EUR-50L MRP-ULPA version is specifically designed for pharma powder and CMR substances where MFS vibration is not sufficient.
Can it pick up liquids?
No. The CD/EUR-50L MRP ULPA is Dry Recovery Only per EN 17348 DT. For wet/dry recovery in combined zones see the CD-3 EX (W&D) or CD-63L EX (W&D) series.
What is ULPA U15 and why is it standard here?
ULPA U15 per EN 1822-5 has 99.999 % filtration at 0.12 micron MPPS -- about 10x more efficient than HEPA H14. ULPA U15 is essential for pharma ISO Class 4 cleanrooms and for collection of pharma CMR substances. Tiger-Vac has made ULPA U15 standard on the CD/EUR-50L MRP to provide a complete pharma package -- so you do not have to buy it separately.
